This Privacy Policy explains how Kula Ride (“Kula Ride”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal information when users (“you”, “Customers/Riders”, “Drivers”) access or use the Kula Ride mobile applications, websites, software, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By creating an account or using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Important note (Cash Payments): Most trips may be paid in cash directly from Customer to Driver. Kula Ride generally does not collect or handle cash. However, we still record trip details and fare amounts in the Platform for operational, safety, and support purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by PNG Law:

Kula Ride is not liable for Driver or Customer conduct, accidents, injuries, property loss, or misuse of the Platform by third parties.

Kula Ride is not responsible for delays, cancellations or service disruptions beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot be limited under PNG Law.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Independent State of Papua New Guinea.

Disputes relating to this Privacy Policy should first be raised with Kula Ride support for informal resolution. Where informal resolution is not successful, disputes may be resolved through lawful processes available under PNG Law.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting in the Platform or on the website. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
